Hudson Yards Reconstruction
This $40 million NYCEDC capital project focused on modernizing critical water and sewer infrastructure along Manhattan’s West Side, spanning from West 30th Street to West 14th Street within Community Board 4. Designed to support the long-term growth of the Hudson Yards district and surrounding neighborhoods, the project delivered essential upgrades including over 11,000 linear feet of trunk and distribution water mains, new sewer lines, fire hydrants, catch basins, and ADA-compliant streetscape enhancements. SRE Engineering served as a subconsultant, providing comprehensive construction inspection services and community outreach throughout the project lifecycle. In close collaboration with NYCDEP, NYCEDC, and other city agencies, our team played a key role in maintaining safety, minimizing disruption, and ensuring regulatory compliance on this high-impact, multi-agency urban infrastructure effort.

Chosen for its subtle grain, soft warmth, and ability to unify the kitchen, dining, and living areas without visual noise.
Fits seamlessly into the Sonoma landscape.
A quiet, elegant interior centered around craftsmanship, proportion, and material honesty. The stone island now serves as both a functional workspace and the visual heart of the home.
